What a great barista tutorial I had with Dimitri!
I’ve recently started working in a cafe and needed to up my game at the coffee machine so had signed up for the beginners session.
Dimitri was super friendly and explained the technical bits clearly and concisely. It was great to get hands on practice without worrying about wasting coffee or another jug of milk.
A really fun, informative evening. I’ll definitely be back in a few months for the intermediate session!
